SOAD was established in 2015 and obtained its operating license from the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan under resolution number 3508. Since its inception, the organization has been committed to enhancing the well-being of Afghan communities by focusing on cultural, social, and health sectors.
